Path of Fire and the level 80 boost

Hello, all. I have a friend starting the game tomorrow and she has a level 80 boost available for a character. Does anyone know whether she will be able to jump in on Path of Fire after using the boost, or will there be many hurdles in the way?

(Yes, the gear she has may not be optimal, skills may be lacking, she won't have mastery points, etc...I get that. But still, can it be done? :) )

Short answer - Yes as long as your friend has PoF purchased, being a lv 80 will automatic unlocking all possible high lv content so basically you and your friend can jump right into the desert without a problem.

Probably your friend going to get crush really bad due to the lack of experience about combat, gameplay mechanics etc but if YOU are an experienced player then just go with your friend and everything going to be fine.

Great! Thanks, that is exactly what I was hoping.

The above is great, but you should also recommend to your friend that they start a 2nd character, and level it normally when not playing the new content with you. This will help them learn the game and their own playstyle within the game so much more easily and with so much less frustration than strictly from a straight-to-80-and-end-content character will.

Already in progress. She has characters working through the personal story at the moment. We just needed to be sure she could join in the Path of Fire content tomorrow.
