Elite specs have been dominating PvP for way too long, and because of this countless numbers of builds were simply unviable.These are how balance patches should be, Earth shattering, metabattle seizing changes. Less damage, less CC, longer CDs are direly needed. Baiting abilities, timing and positioning need to be relevant again. This patch can't solve everything but it's a first good step.
