Issues connecting to EB for some servers after reset (EU)

Seems like there are some issues for certain servers to connect to EB at the moment, according to reports on reddit( https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/7zqemo/noone_on_gandara_can_join_eb_since_reset/ ).

Seems to be Gandara can't access EB, while Vabbi and ER can't access Blue Borderlands.

I haven't noticed any of the issues firsthand, but I assume the people that posted in the linked thread have, and hopefully someone else here have more information to help resolve the issue.
