What would you differently besides some of the items are incomplete?

I like 4 for arrows in the battleground for deflecting arrows and the air has reflecting projectiles with swirling winds I got rebound in case i want to heal my team members if they are downed and buff them.

None have opinion as to what i can do to improve? do you guys like then?

oh i use this kind of build but it realy depends what you want to do with it. Max damage for raids ? WvW?

I have an all around one that doesn´t have max damage but works in all modes. Its a variant. I change it a bit like using glyph of storms in PvE. Or might use cele rings too, adapt using wash the pain away and so on ... I also used arcane a lot but i hate that furry nerf ....

I think the build i got is probably awful just terrible compared to power.It is based around either spamming one and using occasional aoes or waiting for getting the fire charge attack, which even that does low damage, and with high mobility enemies, the aoes are ultra slow between putting it down and cast time afterwards.

A good Condi Tempest is still high-DPS, but not as high as a Power Weaver or Condi Weaver. For a Condi Tempest, you'd want something closer to this and it'd switch easily to Condi Weaver if you had extra support and wanted more damage.

Standard Tempest survivability, which is better than Weaver or core Ele, but not spectacular. Unless geared to focus on survival (and lose a ton of damage), they'll always be one of the game's most fragile professions.
