Looking for an Active Guild (NA/Jade Quarry/All aspects of game)

Howdy Y'allI am in search of an (18+) guild with more than a handful of actively playing members.Here are some requirements:

1. NA- CST, MST, or PST
2. Actively using GW2 Guild chat and a voice server (Hard to ask questions or be interactive when 20+ folks are on and no one responds)
3. Engaged in all aspects of GW2 on a weekly basis (PvX, Fractiles, Raids, WvW, Guild activities, Crafting, etc.)
4. Works off of a calendar with events scheduled out
5. Have or actively working on Guild Hall
6. Don't mind fielding a ton of questions for a returning Play of Vanilla GW2
7. No Drama Llamas (I don't mind eccentric folks)

Not required but helpful

8. On Jade Quarry for WvW (although I understand this might not be an issue in the future)

What I bring to the game

1. HOT, POF up and running
2. Experienced, older MMO player since Vanilla Ultima Online
3. Several Toons ready to train on new specializations
4. Team player who knows when to shut-up and let others talk
5. I have no Drama Llamas or baggage that will ever be brought to the game.
6. Available most nights and weekends
7. Actively contribute to guild events, hall building, folks needing help on PvE
8. I research runs, so i know the dance.
9. Open to all constructive suggestions
10. Will 100% rep guild when possible

This may seem like a lot. However, if i am to devote my time to a guild...I would like the guild to devote time to me.
