my main account got suspended to day for I dont know what
and the support team seem to be sleeping to day
perfect timeing with the patch of fire realise :(

  • Due to high volume, responses from the CS Team are longer than usual. The usual response time is 72 hours. Lately, it can take up to 2 weeks, though it may be much less.

  • If you bought PoF through a non-official retailer, that could cause this, otherwise if your bank rejected the purchase that could also cause it. If neither of those two things are true then sorry but you will have to wait to hear back from CS

  • I'm not trying to play CSR here but what I find crazy is there is all kinds of crazy, racist, misogynistic banter in map chat all the time and people who par take in it are reported constantly yet you see those same people go for weeks with no action taken against their accounts (if ever). So you must have either done something really bad, or your account was compromised.
