Expected Balance Patch to Core/HoT

I thought there was suppose to be a balance patch to core and HOT elites with PoF's release! The release notes show next to nothing. Tooltips and some bug fixes.

Well...since that are the release notes i thought they release all details in the notes for every new elite AND show the improvements they made.... (sadly Firebrand has a better healing mantra than the mantra class mesmer....better recharge, 3rd charge (that they have taken away from mesmer, since the 3rd charge was a trait...and that trait was taken away to make space for a new trait, since that just 2 charges....and a recharge from 20 seconds for healing mantra)... i dont say nerv the Firebrand mantra (no really, dont nerv it, it is better on the firebrand and i wish i could change my class just for having the skill with 3 charges)...i just say: give some love to the mesmer mantra.....

Year in, year out, xpac in, xpac out, and you people seem surprised when this dev team keeps giving you bug fixes and marginal number tweaks to useless traits.

I know. That's why I have yet to purchase POF. I don't see any any balance notes, they don't see my money.

That is exactly the right answer. Won't pay until everything got fixed!

I don't expect perfection. But at least show some effort.
