Skill key binds gone after patch

Upon going into the game after the patch I found that my 1-0 keys were no longer bound to the skill bar, though they were still bound to the number pad keys. I don't know if it's related to the patch but it's never happened to me before. Not a huge deal but I though I should mention it. It's not a fun thing to discover during a fight, however I quickly rebound them and commenced to killing stuff.
