I'ts buged i can't give the bandolier to efi , no text appears

Also i finished the story with 2 of my characters just in case i missed something and still efi don't accept the bandolier

Do you have the bandolier equipped? You won’t get the option to hand it over if you do.

In addition to having the bandolier equipped/in your inventory, you need to give it to Efi with the character you received the bandolier on. I was able to do the other collection steps on a different character, but not this one.

Did that didn't work. This bug still exists. Hit it with my toon and another person I am running with also hit this bug.

confirmed. the bug still exists. I use the toon that finished the story to turn in the bag. The bag now disappeared in my inventory. But still havent got #2 in the achevement page.

I may have sold the bandolier as I don't have it in my inventory (yes, this is the character I dd the quest with). Am I stuffed or can I get it again without having to re-do the story?

They can also be crafted.

I experienced the same problem when doing this recently (a few weeks ago). I submitted numerous bug reports, but did not hear back. This morning I sent a message to ArenaNet via a ticket, so I'm hoping to get a resolution... The bug definitely still exists, though. I would not have ever sold the item, and the NPC in question keeps reacting as if I just gave her the bandolier over and over again every time I click her. The bandolier is missing from my inventory entirely. I don't recall ever receiving it, but it's my assumption that I did since I did complete the mission in question. I just know I would never have deleted or sold it, and it's not in my bank or on any other character. This bug is pretty rough, I really need those slots!

you need to have the bag on your inventory otherwise is not going to work, the problem i had was because i had the bag with another character

So. Still not fixed. Why are I not shocked?
