Where to get the Windows 32-bit client?

I selected "Windows 32 bit" from the menu; it installs 64-bit anyway. (The executable is named GW2-64.exe, not GW2.exe). The 64-bit version runs really badly; it's basically unplayable.

Where can I get the 32-bit client? That's what worked for me when I played last year. (I'm aware I'll need to use the -32 flag with it.)

Rename Gw2Setup.exe (32-bit) to Gw2.exe, then use Gw2.exe -32

Just to be clear, are you saying to rename Gw2Setup.exe to Gw2.exe and copy it to the GW2 folder? (Running Gw2.exe by itself seems to be downloading new data to the directory it's run from, which happens to be Downloads because that's where it downloaded to).
