Shadow/Mist Effects on Halloween Springer Aren't Showing

I'm having an odd issue with my Halloween Springer mount. All of the other mount effects work fine, but for some reason, the springer's mist isn't showing up in either the preview window or in the open world for me. I've taken some screenshots to show what I mean. Normally there should be a purple shadowy mist around the mane and tail that can be seen on the griffon and jackal in the pics below, but aren't showing up on the springer.
