Tuts Still Prerequisite to PvP

So you still have to go through the introduction before you can PvP, which, while not only unnecessary, goes against Guild Wars' original design philosophy of play-the-way-you-want and hop right in! Why can't we just enter the lobby without having to go through the game's introduction story every time? PvP is supposed to be separate from PvE in this MMO, right? Prove it.
