The added might and lowered cooldown on some of the utility skills is actually pretty good. Dagger nerf, eh I can slightly see being ok, since it's more of a bruiser kind of weapon. The nerf to passive defenses, I am all for. Bug fixes are awesome too. All in all, good changes.

the nerfs would be understandable in pvp because a lot of classes got heavy nerfs with this patch in pvp (except mirage somehow) but were totatly pointless in wvw seeing as other offenders like mesmer and holo did not just get "not nerfed" but instead even buffed on parts where it is not useless like warrior sword buffs. e.g. mesmer cepter has now a block cd of 4,8 seconds when traited and the counterattack even gives you 0,5 sec evade after the block. Imagine mace block uptime to be 4.8 seconds, but the counterattack makes you not invulnerable and is not range and cannot hit enemies behind you etc...
