Suggestion to move instability icons

I think moving fractal instability icons from buff area to the fractal level window would make them more visible and reduce visual clutter among buffs.

Would something like this be possible?

yeah I agree, the boon / effect bar is already opposite to being useful with all the stacked icons

Heh, I actually had this same thought. Haven't done any investigation into that UI code but I think its a net positive.

It would be a bit harder to make them invisible on the buff bar, since they are always applied.

Almost everything on the screen should be movable and lockable. Its such a nuisance to have to continually look away from the action, mechanics, etc to check on health, cooldowns, etc. The standard layout is just not good at all.

But nothing is gonna change. So whatever.

Ah yes, a customisable interface would be great. With many aspects of the standard interface (e.g. boss timers, debuffs, etc.), it feels more like playing the interface than the game, since relevant stuff is hidden at stupid places. But as you said, not gonna happen.
