Great video, that touches on the common mistakes that people make in conquest

Example four on the rotations part is where so many people mess up, I play shatter Mesmer often and when I +1 to decap and chase enemy off, my teammate always follows me for the kill instead of caping thus completely wasting both our time and we get nothing out of it, it is such a common mistake that it makes me roll my eyes.

Most of this is learnable through trial and error if people care enough and are self critical. Most aren't. A large percentage of the player base operate under see red kill dead mindset when what wins is holding conquest points. It is an excellent video though.

Honestly man this is very similar to what a tutorial should have always have appeared like in the game. Why it doesn't is beyond me. How in the world can anew player get into PvP when he has no idea what he is doing concept wise at all? Without something like what you just put up new guys are set up to fail. Good job even tho its not yours.
