It sounds like it should do exactly the same thing as "+x% Condition Duration." (I'd check but it costs 5g.) Is there any reason the different wording is used? As a software developer it irks me off a little as I'd expect the descriptions for item effects to be standardized via some code path. Makes me think it's a different effect. Khisanth.2948 Posted March 30, 2018 Share Posted March 30, 2018 Welcome to GW2 and say hello to "consistent inconsistency" ...Pretty sure item/skill/trait tooltips are just marked up text.
