[BUG] Sorrow's Embrace - P2 Stalled

At roughly 7PM Eastern DST I ran a LFG Sorrow's Embrace Explorable for the daily on IP 208. Choosing path 2 we got through the following steps and then stalled completely and had to restart.

1. Search the mining facility with Rasolov.
2. Help Rasolov free workers by defeating foremen.
3. Foreman Kreutzerova
4. Foreman Korov
5. Foreman Tomak
6. Foreman Webarov
7. Foreman Zeleoniy
8. Open the gate to the quarry.
9. Protect Tarleov.
10. Push further into the mines. <-- dead stop. We even tried killing the NPCs to get them to reset etc but ended up exiting and running P1
