The "Bloodletter"

The Bloodletter has mastered the art of Blood Magic to do awesome team healing with a hammer! The hammer is designed to be a moderate (direct) damage pbaoe melee weapon, that pboae heals allies with the lifeblood of enemies hit. Some of these pboae hammer skills also have long (1,200) range positional skills, for the much needed mobility on the battlefield (and because necro players are tired of extremely poor mobility in wvw), similar to skills like https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Wings_of_Resolve and https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Ancestral_Grace

Bloodletter Shroud- Using this shroud releases life force gained that dot heals and removes conditions on self and allies. No skill changes. Gain Protection and Stability while using shroud.

Slot Skills and traits- I don't care right now. More focused on concept. Just think about what a highly mobile pboae melee damage dealing healer would want or need.

*This spec is meant to be a fast paced hybrid pbaoe damage/ pbaoe heal team support, that is great for wvw, so I didn't envision skill roots or long drawn out attacks. However, I did envision a very mobile/positional and fast attacking spec, that would be great in teams and for solo roaming.
