Looking for some feedback into a Mirage Build

I'm playing around with some ideas and I was looking into a Condition Damage Mirage build. I'm thinking something for roaming PVE/Raiding. I'll post my initial build idea and feel free to give me other ideas to tweak.

For Raiding, I recommend Power Mesmer, Condi Mesmer (Not Mirage), or Boonbot Chrono.

Roamer in PVE? I can't define it, I know about rols in incursions (healer , condi... etc), but that... I'm a roamer in WvW and usually be the decap rol in PVP plus utility but PVE roaming? Farm champions perhaps? 0.o

Edit: Please define a bit better what you pretend for help you. I see in your build the same undefinition that in your commentary, even been a fan of some hybrid builds refused by others.

The goal I was looking for was a build with a lot of ramp damage, a bit of survivability, and using the Mirage skill set. While its true you can get away with anything in Open World, some things do work better than others. I was just looking into playing with the numbers as it were and see if there is anything useful in the build.

Well, I can't visualize why you choose the Domination trait line, and even less Image Burden if you aren't using a greatsword. And for PVE a more flexible variation with a ranged option like the scepter, choose the runes and sigils of your preference although the sigils of malice are desirable but the sigils of geomancy can be changed for others. About the runes due to lose the increased movement speed of the chrono, if you want to move faster like chrono, you can use traveler runes that will help you to have more vigor plus 25% movement speed. Sadly the Lynx runes are only available in PvP. If you want more vitality play changing the accesories. It's basically the same with the scepter and the torch trait and more health. Finally choose the utilities and health skills that you prefer, for example, in places where you receive a lot of burning or conditions change the signet of domination to the phantasmal disenchanter, I really like that phantasm:
