Rasimir.6239 Posted April 6, 2018 Share Posted April 6, 2018 You already get an extra heart for beating him for the 1st time on that character, but I could see a King Toad crown skin (and a Storm Wizard hat skin!!!) either as a rare random drop out of the final reward chest of zone 3 (crown for world one, wizard hat for world two of course ;) ) or as a new option on the weapon vendor.
