Mark buff and "Improvisation" trait disconnect

Hi,i wonder whether thief developer considered disconnect between mark cooldown and "improvisation" trait cooldown when mark was buffed (cooldown reduction to 17 seconds). Curently there is huge disconnect between mark cooldown and improvisation cooldown. 17 s cd on mark and 20 seconds on improvisation. For a deadeye pvp player it hurts a lot to see this trait trigger only once per 2 marks.
