Gathering Tools Skins Unlock not entirely true

Its just for those that you have atm, but not those that youve had at some point in the past. They wont unlock those that you no longer have even though you used them on some character.

That's how the wardrobe has always worked: you need to have the skin on some character in order to unlock it.

Which skins do you think you're missing? You can(a) log on to each of your characters, which might trigger the unlock(b) start a ticket with support: name the skin and when you think you had it (and how it got deleted); they might be able to help you, depending on the circumstances

Well, that's how the Wardrobe worked when it was first put in. You only unlocked the skins you were currently using and the most recent appearance of those items before their current appearance. If you don't currently own those items, then you don't own the skins to unlock them.

Wait, why would you no longer have them? Why would you get rid of permanent tools?

2 thing i could think off, when someone is getting rid of permanent tools:1: Bank tab space, some ppl unlocked all bank tabs and still have storage problems, they delete permanent tool that they use not that often...2: deleting an old character wich you never use, when you forget what he has equipped / in his bag, then it is gone.....

3: Redundant tools being converted to the account bound version being deleted with no respect to the original spenders. Similar to that of Copper Fed Salvage-o-matic.

How long until Mount skins get fixed since hurting "already buyers" isn't really a problem?
