[RESOLVED] Second Ranger, no Soulbeast Dagger?

I just finished up Soulbeast spec on my second Ranger. Yet I received neither Soulbeast item: dagger or shoulders.

Since my first Ranger's Soulbeast dagger is soulbound I was wondering what I might have misunderstood.

Anyone experience this as well? How did you resolve it?

Soulbeast's dagger is just's another exotic so it should be soulbound when you use it. Specialization collections are account wide so even if you start same specialization on another character you won't start the collection again and due to dagger being tied to the collection starting you won't get another dagger.

One fix would be to complete the collection and get the acended version of the dagger.
