Fremtid.3528 Posted April 12, 2018 Share Posted April 12, 2018 I'm not sure if I misunderstood and I'm wrong or what but my upgrade extractor is not working to remove the glyphs from my tools (I'm trying to remove the new store one from the tool i placed it in) and I'm also trying to remove the glyph of the scavenger from the lucky dog tool (i exchanged it) like was advertised but it's not working. The box goes red when I try to place the tool in the extractor. Am I wrong? Am I doing something wrong? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Simply right click the tool and select "unequip glyph".If you can't do that on a tool, you probably need to take it to the specialist NPC to get a version that let's you. I haven't purchased the new gathering tool so I wouldn't know if it comes pre-fixed or if you need to fix it at the specialist NPC. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Well their language somewhere was very confusing coz it said something about an extractor and I thought maybe it needed an extractor but maybe just the mention of an extractor confused things coz I was reading it rather quickly.
