Where are the New Gathering Tools NPC located at?!

So, yeah, I've been running around looking for these "New Gathering Tools NPC" that sells tools with effects for karma but I can't seem to find them anywhere?! Can someone point me to them please? I'd appreciate the help :)

I've only found the one in Divinity's Reach so far but it down by the teleport next to the Armor Crafting station (commons waypoint I think), which might indicate that the crafting areas are the places to look in other cities.

Nice! I found one at The Grove, and yeah near the crafting stations as well, seems like they're situated near those stations... Weird placement..

Not so weird: you want to craft, you need materials. These guys sell special gathering tools to help you gather materials. There's a sort of sense to it. Better there than some dusty corner in the back of Rurikton.

Found one in Lion'sArch, near Crafting stations...Look for "Gathering" Merchant.Facing North, Gathering Merchant is to the right of Cooking Station.

There is one next to the banker at the Lily of the Elon in Crystal Oasis.

There is one in Mistlock Sanctuary, on the corner southwest of the hub, northwest of the bank. The icon is a tan loot sack with brown outlines.

Rata Sum's is just northwest of the Accountancy Waypoint.
