[Solved] Can't drag chatwindow down anymore

Hey there,

since I had a disconnect during the first story instance in PoF my chatwindow is now above my party frame. I know that you should be able to reposition it to the bottom by dragging it down on the small resizing arrow but even if I drag to the bottom of the screen it only changes it's size but not it's position. Does anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?

Edit: after a couple of restarts it's now moveable again ...
