Kuulpb.5412 Posted September 23, 2017 Share Posted September 23, 2017 Same with me, I contacted support they said "try starting aHoT story and then reopening the PoF" one, that didn't work. basically what I think happened is we got the mail, then the server rolled back. Might be able to survive with one mastery point less for a while..Edit: Was finally able to get another character into PoF. Got the letter this time. Guess that issue is solved for me. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted September 30, 2017 Share Posted September 30, 2017 Due to high volume, responses are running longer than usual, up to 2 weeks, or so.One thing to try whilst you wait: Delete all mail and pick up all items and Gold from the Trading Post. Others in the thread tried it and it worked for them.Apparently, if the game crashes at certain points, this 'flag' or that doesn't get set properly. Support offered to send me the item in question in the mail, warning that it might not trigger the collection.
