unable to gain access to the log-in server

After DC i am can't log in Error Code: 42:0:9001:4414. i turned off all security software, reset router, checked ports, I even connected without a router. But it did not help me. Any advice ?

Also can't login to the game. Error code 42:1000:7006:1232

i even reinstall game.....not helped too

I just tried the mobile internet and it worked, but it is too slow to play, I want normal connection, don't know what is the problem here. All ppl here who said they have the same problem, you can't be all from Russia like I am, right? :)

64.25.38.69 is right IP for log in server ? if yes that ip is not pinging. tried to ping from different resources

конкретно это сообщение от провайдера. А так весь интернет заполнен этой информацией. Банки, магазины и многие другие тоже попали под раздачу.
