keenedge.9675 Posted April 26, 2018 Share Posted April 26, 2018 I think it would save everyone time for a representative to comment on all bug reports by saying (1)need more information, (2) working as intended or (3)noted and logged as a bug with reference ID. Once noted with 2 or 3, close the thread.As was stated in another thread about game-related talk and minimizing off-track or bickering, we should all strive for adult-level conversations. This suggestion is also considered among best practices by software companies. It minimizes staff effort caused by extra report monitoring, increases customer satisfaction, and can improve product health.Already I put minor and serious bugs in the game support pop-up.For serious, I also post on the forums and sometimes create a ticket.
