[WvW] Queue still getting bugged

When masses are moving borders, and theres no display of the queue yet but you get the message for a full map and then join the queue you will be mostly spot 1 forever.

Happens when blobs are moving from map to map or on reset when youre unlucky. So then requeue and enjoy waiting half an hour. Can this annoying bug please be removed? Others on spot 20 are getting into the desired map before anyone on spot 1 (which are several people).
