Up until now have always at least been able to get to character select. Now the login servers appear to be down right from the game launcher. I have know way of knowing this for sure, but all these bootings and login hiccups - might it have something to do with the poorly timed stress tests? They seemed to be at off-peak hours for several regions. I think Anet's excuse was "well we test during the hours you all are at work, because that's when we're at work too," which is a terrible and illogical excuse.Other than having to do a couple story instances twice, the times I've been booted thankfully haven't really rolled back any significant progress on my part.
