Not given credit at the end of Crystalline Memories

I ran the story instance with a friend earlier, we had the same story progression. However at the end it gave me nothing and I am still having to do the story all over again and the Achievements that we did get - it seems that in her story instance because she is the one that started it - it's as if I never accomplished them, when I did.Repeat - we both have the same story line progression and it didn't give me the option to "continue my story" at the end either.
