Canceling Glyph of Storms now puts the skill on its full cooldown while not producing any effect

Title.
It used to go on a "interrupt"-length cooldown (about 4 seconds?). Now it goes on a cooldown depending on your attunement, but ends up wasted, no effect at all.

Yes please for the love of god fix this. Both canceling the skill and getting interrupted by players/mobs puts this on full CD.
