Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted May 15, 2018 Share Posted May 15, 2018 One of the CS Team Leads posted on Reddit that tickets are running about 10 days at present, with some more complicated issues even longer.You can update your ticket to inquire about progress. Make sure to only submit one ticket per issue, otherwise it will take even longer. If you have submitted duplicate tickets, close the duplicate and only update the original.Good luck.
