The Sacrifice crashing

Hi. I've been attempting to do The Sacrifice and have crashed out multiple times. The furthest I've gotten is after rescuing all the nomads, destroying the catapults and tracking Vlast. Then it crashes or disconnects me. I've attempted it about 7 times now, and sometimes it will give me a crash report. It has mentioned that some textures failed to load. What's strange is in the last few instances, Kasmeer has shown up as red.

Not sure what to do, but it's barring progression. I haven't even gotten to this other supposed bug later in the instance.
