Am I missing Something?

Just opened the ability on Deadeye to stealth when I dodge. Doesn't work. Rifle equipped? Check. Ability unlocked? Check. Stealth when I dodge? Nada.

Ability active?

Rifle equipped: Rifle in hand?

There's a cooldown when not kneeling

Just ran for an hour in eternal bg never once stealthed when I dodged. By active you mean unlocked? Yes, unlocked. Is active something else?And I never switched rifle out of hand had equipped the entire time.

You did select the trait in the specialization window right?

That’s the only thing I can think of outside of a really strange bug.

Hm, apart from maybe the stealth not being reset, maybe there is a bug if you don't have the whole traits unlocked (not silent scope, but the rest of deadeye specialisation)? Just a stab in the wind, I don't know if that's possible. Apart from that just try clicking to make sure it's selected, or you can reset specialisation by choosing a different one, then reloading the deadeye specialisation again, enable silent scope again, and then try it.

Do you get the Stealth icon even if you don't go invisible? If so, this happened to me.

I think this is a graphics bug. It usually happens when things start to lag for me. However, I don't believe it is the game itself. Windows 10 is really bad at managing my RAM and I get glitches like these when my RAM usage hits 90% when my typical RAM usage when playing GW2 is just around 40%.

I don't know if this is the same case for you, but it's worth finding out if you are also using Win10. You can test this by rebooting, do not open any other application, run GW2, then test Silent Scope and see if it works. If not, then it is something else.

Oh yeah I've encountered this before too, I think for me it was related to lag

Reset my skills everything's fine now.
