Not receiving an email verification after signing up to play

I bought the guild wars 2 standard pack with both expansions however, i'm unable to log into the game as i haven't received my email verification.Please help! Thank you.

Sometimes, it takes a few hours to arrive. Make sure to check spam/junk folders and/or add all ArenaNet and guildwars2.com addresses to your whitelist.

Did you receive the near-immediate automated email response?
If not, your email provider is circumventing ArenaNet responses.If so, you should hear from a CS Team member within the next 10 days, or so.

I received the automated response. I know they have a lot of tickets to deal with, but 10 days, eww.Hopefully i can get some in game stuff (not gear) for this, just as a token of good gesture :)

Having same problem here, i am getting verification emails with huge delay, like 1 hour or so. barely been able to sing in into forum. Email service is not blocking anything.

Same issue. Just bought PoF and HoT again and made a new account to play with friends (since I can't access my old one) but verification email never came. My order receipt for the expansions did though...

Kinda of a let down. All we can do is send a ticket and wait 10 days, which is pretty stupid really -_-

My friend has been waiting for 2 days now for email authentication and they filled a support ticket yesterday too, no response yet.

Just from a consumers point of view, i don't under stand how this mistake is possible and why it effects a large number of people. This problem could turn people off the game quite easily. Even worst if you're coming back to GW2 after having a long break.

I have the same problem as stated above, and this problem seems to occur multiple times on this forum. In my case I've made a ticket on 26-05-18 and received my first reaction after 4 days and now i'm waiting for my second response. I still can't play because of the verification.!?

15 days and waiting.

17 days and still waiting for a human response, to not being sent my first email verification email. I understand that there is a priority system however, i feel not being able to play the game as a pretty big issue.

CS resolved the issue once the ticket was through.
