Im unsure what the reason was, but the answer was no afaik.Mistlock Sanctuary has already the special key to move around quickly, you can glide, you have everything close to each other and you can port back to original place in Tyria.Mistlock Sanctuary just doesnt need them, they bring 0 use in there.
