It was a new copy and just came with a disk and a installation manual. Ive downloaded the game and logged into play but my account has not updated to include the new content. You may need to return to the retailer, or if it is an Authorized Retailer, submit a ticket to the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.Good luck.
