Maybe: No downstate/ no rez with new skills and traits

Maybe a compromise for those who like and dislike down state is to introduce new skills and traits that can cause no down state or no revival.

For example, either reworking AOE skills like "frozen ground" for ele,"symbol of wrath" for guards and introducing new skills like "grave yard" for necro and other professions that do not allow down state if fallen in the effective areas,

Or making "Decapitate" for Warrior, "head shot" for thief, "mind spike" for mes or other new skills and traits for other professions that could cause kills without a down state or resurrections.
