A serious error has occured

Hello everyone,

Since two days I am unable to play the game. Before that everything was fine :(I can open the client and log in successfully but when I click play the error happens and the client closeI uninstalled and reinstalled the complete game (39GB) and the error isn't fixedI start playing GW2 last month and I really like this game so please help me if you faced a similar problem or give me any advice you think may help.

It's d3d9.dll (I think, the screenshot went by very fast).Usually caused either by graphics drivers, or third-party programs (graphics programs, overlays, dps meters, etc.)Try updating to the latest version.

Install, or re-install DX9.
Disable any 3rd-party programs.

I already installed the latest DX12 (last version)I don't use addons or any other programs

You need DX9. The latest DX12 may not include it.

The problem is solved by uninstalling the latest windows security update. TY Inculpatus for offering me many solutions :)
