Why isn't there Guild vs Guild vs Guild mode?

I love WvW because it is balanced, and at the same time imbalanced between 3 teams. Woudn't it be awesome seeing organized guilds fighting in 3 ways in sPvP like environment?

I have some great news for you: it's coming.

While it'd be great if ANet implemented an actual GvG mode, there's nothing stopping 3 guild leaders from organizing and throwing down in OS or EOTM. It's not like it can't be done at all.

Welcome to the year 2013, 2014 or 2015, when people were asking or hoping for a lot of support towards, around the time the gvg scene was thriving and so were most wvw communities. We got the os, pve guild arenas and HoT elites; which threw balance out of whack, so most of those guilds have completely quit now.

Gw1 gvg was different though, but I've heard that it was better than the type of PvP as get in gw2.

We've had gvg tournaments, I wonder how that happened.

organized by those guilds on their own and on maps where other ppl that wanted to be annoying could inc into those fights, yea lots of fun, also having to wait for the right matchup to fight against each other

the game is even called guild wars and they dont support actual guild fights, thats such a shame, gw1 pvp and gvg was sooo much better supported with different pvp modes and actual official tournaments

If they are the same color they would not be able to fight in EoTM, or OS if in different tiers. This is likely the biggest reason why GvG's were never worked on, because the technical limitations made it too difficult to implement and required too much resources. We have guild arenas, but sizing, instance creation, and balance issues make it less appealing.

A guild vs guild is any number of players something you can do in spvp its just ppl want more then 5v5. So its not a question of adding in GvG its a question of adding in bigger teams.

If your asking for a 3 way your never going to be able to balances it even with 5 v 5 v 5.

Because it's the same 50 players playing for 15 different guilds.

Because the devs went with rvr mode and 5v5 spvp mode. But lucky for you there are guild halls and obsidian sanctum currently. AND coming soon to a spvp theater near you... Should have launched with GvG contributing to war score. Could have made center area(lake / stupid shrines) an organized arena for GvG. Wait list, participant entrance only, and ruleset installed to encourage elite guilds and newbie guilds alike to climb gold, silver, copper ladders. Would have made MUCH more sense than trying to back 5v5 eSport PvP.

you are talking about the guildhalls that use pve balancing and thus are absolutely not viable for pvp of any sort? or obsidian sanctum where you need to be in the same matchup, making it impossible to fight against some guilds because of matchmaking? not to mention that other ppl can in into those if they want to annoy youlol you are a funny guy

this game is literally called GUILD wars and yet there is no such mode

At this stage even if there were proper GvG fights like Gw1, we only have 3 GH to choose from. Hypothetically if a GvG match began, you would have to remove all the customizable things like chairs etc. and make the GH like it was when the Mordrem/ Mordant Crescent had infested it. Would be kinda neat if they put GVG maps out in the PVE world map, if they were going to use the GH they would have to do that anyway.

Theres lot of GUILD content:U love the quaggans with your guild.U do the anoying guild childish mission.U love again the quagons and how loveable they are with your guild crew.U role play has a quagan with your guild crew.U do WvW with your guild with 20scourges in a group of 30-40 players.

On a serious note, gw1 had far better and more content towards team play and guild than this game has after 6years....

Aven pvp is towards being a douchebag and search for soemthing that carries/helps to cut the effort to win and solo players, you more than team play or anything else.

And most dont want even pvp stats on it so they can use their WvW stats, with 15 players stacked gameplay of gimmick builds spam not even map objectives.GvG's would be hilarious noobish and just for show off nothing more, i rather not have fake GvG's at all.
