sales on bank and bag expansion

HiDid the store makes sales on bank and bag expansion ?if yes how frequent ?

They do, but gem store content is pretty random. It's usually couple of times a year.
If you're converting gold to gems, make sure to get gems when they are cheap because exchanging them during sale is even worse than buying them with normal price.

Something I think most people tend to do is just use other characters as mules for stuff. Generally considered to be the cheaper option than buying bank/bag expansions.

Bank tabs are often included in the anniversary sale in August, usually towards the end of the month. But I know there was 1 year I was planning to buy one in August and they weren't discounted, I had to wait until January (another time they often have a sale) to get it. I'm not sure about bag slots because I've never bought them, but I think they're similar - they'll be discounted once or twice a year as part of big sales.

The Guild Wars 2 Anniversary Sales in August every year usually have a bag slot and/or bank tab sale. If you have some patience, I would wait for that.
