Issues with "Beast of War" kicking players (Spoilers ahead!)

Tried twice today. Both times, the instance kicked me out after I entered the Kodash Bazaar and began chasing the war machine through the bazaar. The first time, I thought it was because I had accidentally left the instance area, but I made sure to pay attention the second time, and as I was climbing the building about 2/3 the way through the instance, I was kicked to Vabbi.

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem or not, but I thought I would let someone know. It's a long instance, and if you get kicked or have to stop for any reason, you have to start at the beginning again instead of saving your progress. That is the only real complaint about the PoF. When you have to stop an instance, you cannot pick it up where you left off like you can in the rest of the world. So, when you get kicked through no fault of your own, it's doubly annoying.

Sorry to whine a bit, but I am suitably annoyed.

  • Same issue after 4 attempts. Get to the warbeast and DC's during the fight. Where are the checkpoints in these long missions? This ceased being enjoyable when the server crashing forced repeated attempts on the Departure.

  • this is still happening. no dev response? it's blocking my progress. c'mon people fix this kitten.

There is no guarantee at all, that a dev will give you any answer here. You really should file a ticket to support on https://help.guildwars2.com (and stay with one ticket!)

Was I able to help you or give you a hint? Click on Helpful and/or Thumbs up, I would appreciate it alot!
When you encounter a bug ingame, at first you should file a ticket via the ingame command /bug, as only this way the devs will know exactly where you were, when the bug happened.
