A. Incoming Condition Damage

  1. First Chance to Negate Condition Damage = Block , Dodge , Evade , Teleport , Invuln , Stealth , or etc.
  2. Second Chance to Negate Condition Damage = Use Condi Removal , Use Condi Transfer , Pop Up Resistance , or etc.

You have 2 Chances to Negate Condition Damage.

B. Incoming Power Damage

  1. First Chance to Negate Power Damage = Block , Dodge , Evade , Teleport , Invuln , Stealth , or etc.
  2. Second Chance to Negate Power Damage = There is NO Second Chance. What's done is done. You cannot reverse this.

You only have 1 Chance to Negate Power Damage.

How to Balance this ?

Solution A = You should have only 1 Chance to Negate Condition Damage

  1. You can Block or Dodge Damaging Conditions But Damaging Conditions cannot be Removed.OR
  2. You can Remove Damaging Conditions But Damaging Conditions cannot be Blocked or Dodged.

Solution B = You should have 2 Chances to Negate Power DamageChange the name of "Condition Remove" to "Damage Remove""Condition Remove" is no longer called "Condition Remove" It is called "Damage Remove"When you use "Damage Remove" , you remove Damaging Conditions + All the Power Damage you have received 1 second ago.
