It will let me login and then after I hit submit for my credentials it will show up on the taskbar for a short amount of time before crashing. Repairing the client didn't do anything. I had no error messages until I tried uninstalling it, in which case it told me I couldn't. I didn't manage to get a screenie of that though. I tried disabling my anti-virus software, which did nothing. I eventually got it to uninstall and did a full re-install, but to no avail. I am at a loss at what else to try. :/Please help. Shao.7236 Posted June 30, 2018 Share Posted June 30, 2018 If you're running Rivatuner, make sure it's using custom Direct3D support.What's your GPU brand, are you running via a client like Steam? Do you have AMD Relive or Nvidia Shadowplay auto starting? This mostly sound like something hooks to the game which makes it crash soon after, it's also likely that the first reply is the answer. It took a few tries of a black screen before my character select loaded...but I am in game. :D Also, I am not running it through anything...just the client itself...I will check my gpu in a bit.
