I wrote a lot of responses to an IT ticket that I am ashamed of. We sometimes in life blame the messenger instead of the chief and my language and attitude was uncalled for either. I have never met an employee for any company as creative and intuitive as you were at calming down a customer and keeping the peace. I apologize to you personally and anyone that read my emails. Did it take a long time ( in my mind it did). Salute out too you. Anet should be giving you a big fat raise after dealing with this situation of the authentication system and password failures. If they don't, you know my email address. My company has been growing like crazy in the last year and we are hiring technical people with a company and customer service attitude.
