Noz.4650 Posted July 2, 2018 Share Posted July 2, 2018 Seems like the glancing blow made him do too little damage, and I'm guessing he didn't tag that player before he downed. I'm not sure if anyone's done the math on this, but from my own experience I'd approximate the timer to be around 10 seconds without tagging someone, but I could be way off. I've always assumed that when I am in downed state that in order to get rallied i need to do damage (while downed) to the target that is eventually killed which then rallies me. Yes, no?
