Roaming Reaper

Does anyone have a good build for Reaper in WvW? Or maybe even vanilla Necro? I'm gaining HP's in WvW for Scourge so it's not an option at present. I went to metabattle for a build and the only builds they have are for Scourge. To be clear Scourge at present isn't an option. I tried using the Vampiric Greatsword PvP build but I was finding it lackluster. I am certain the Wells work wonderfully in PvP but I'm not feeling them in the open range of WvW. So any suggestions?

I've never been a fan of Wells when involved in non PvE content. It's why I think the staff being the only long ranged option sucks.

Here's a roaming core necro vid with build if you're looking for an easy to play and learn one.Personally I find Reaper more fun but also more intensive on your apm/reactions.This core necro build allows for a slower/lazier style of play.
