Focused around chaining cc. Lots of weakness output which makes it easier to land your cc due to the endurance regen penalty. Sword and shield is purely a defensive and mobility set. Use it to set up an opening for a stun chain with the immob from f1 or shield bash. Then weapon swap to hammer to proc sigils followed by fierce blow into staggering blow, then continue the cc chain. Feel free to swap out cleansing ire and stomp to different choices if more condi removal or stability is needed. Pack runes are suggested for the fury and swiftness which will boost damage and mobility.

not sure how good stomp is, since it knocks the enemies away from you, you have no own stab, only endure pain as stunbreak and stomp with a little bit stab, only one stack rlyyour build gets completely shut down by enemies stability...id probably try to swap out defense with spellbreaker, take magebane tether and might makes right to compensate adrenal health a bit (also stopping them from runnig away) and break enchantments (against that pesky stabi) over stomp or bullscharge and balanced stance over endure pain or stompid also take intelligence on hamme so that those slow attacks when they actually hit rly hurt, for example hammer 2 and 5could also then swap burst mastery to heightened focus for faster combo unload with hammer and maybe sword 3hammer and sword burst dont rly benefit from more adrenalin anyways, and on sb it makes no difference whatsoever

Personally , as far as sigils go, I would not take a build with all of those interrupts without at least one of the on interrupt sigils per weapon (draining/severance). If you manage that stomp to 5 interrupts draining will trigger 5 times. 250 ferocity/precision via severance is significant if you can chain together interrupts. Swapping to hammer with either of these can see a whole lot of procs.

If you are in fact getting a good number of Interrupts , draining alone will add more health then the leeching.

was thinking about that too, but since you want to chain those cc's your opponent cant use spells anyways...the whole premise of the build is to not let the enemy cast in the first place, and since hammer is that slow you rly have to chain your attacks like that because its too easy to get away from them
